About Gina Ferrigno

Gina brings a wealth of experience in digital marketing and brand management to her
role as Marketing Director for Forte Team at Compass. Not only does she help
streamline all marketing initiatives for our team agents individually and our team as a
whole, but assists in planning client events and managing our digital presence across all
industry websites and social media.

Prior to her role with Forte Team at Compass, Gina spent years working in corporate
brand management and exploring the world of digital strategies. Throughout her
marketing journey she’s perfected her client creativity, truly connecting to her client’s
industry and figuring out how to be competitive and stand out through customized
marketing initiatives and consistently delivered outstanding results.

Gina’s dedication, creativity and passion for her work and our team culture makes a
significant impact, ensuring we always provide an unparalleled marketing experience.
Gina has a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Southern Connecticut State
University and is always further educating herself through industry workshops and
seminars.
